1. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE ITEMS ON PRE-ORDER?
The anticipated ship date for our pre-order items is between four to sixteen weeks from the date your order is placed. However this delivery window is subjected to change, without notice. Please note, any item available for pre-order on our official website is also not immediately available within our boutiques. While we make every effort to reserve your merchandise, we are unable to guarantee availability. Also, your credit card will only be charged at the time of shipment and will not be charged at the time you submit your online order. To receive an updated status on your pre-order, please contact us.

2. Why does the URL change after typing YSL.COM?
As you access YSL.COM the URL may change based on your location, allowing you to view products available for purchase by region. Please note, if an e-store does not yet exist in your region, the URL will remain and display products available in the United States.

3. How can I change my country selection on YSL.COM?
Using the navigation menu on the left hand side of your webpage, you may choose the country and language you wish to view. Please note, by changing your country selection your shopping cart will be emptied. Should you wish to change languages during your visit, your cart’s contents will not be emptied.

4. What does it mean if an item is “available for pre-order?”
Any item available for pre-order is not immediately available for shipment on YSL.COM or within our YSL boutiques. Production delivery dates are subject to change, but you may contact us at any time to receive an update on your pre-order. Please note, you will not be charged for your order at the time of checkout, but rather when the item is ready to be shipped.

5. Can I use my existing YSL.COM account on the new Saint Laurent website?
If you have created an account prior to October 1st 2012, you may access it with your previously registered e-mail address and password.

6. In what currency will my order be charged?
Please note orders placed on YSL.COM or YSL-INTERNATIONAL.COM will be charged in US Dollars. Orders placed on YSL.FR or YSL.EU will be charged in Euro. Orders placed on YSL.CO.UK will be in GBP. Orders placed on YSL.JP will be in Yen.

YSL.COM offers shipping within the US.
YSL.FR offers shipping within France.

YSL.CO.UK offers shipping within the United Kingdom. (Wales, Scotland and England)

8. How can I ship to a country not listed?
At the present time, Saint Laurent offers shipping to the countries listed above. For additional assistance, please contact customer care.

10. Will I need to register an account to place my order?

Registered account holders enjoy privileges such as a stored Address book, order history, wishlists, and e-mail updates. However, guest checkout is available without registration.

11. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Depending on product availability, please allow 1-2 business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the delivery time to ship with UPS which takes from 1 to 2 days. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Yves Saint Laurent is not responsible for unanticipated delays. You will find below the information regarding the shipping costs:
EU: € 13.50 – UPS Express service

*For security reasons, YSL on-line purchases will require an Adult (18+) signature upon delivery. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not secured by UPS.

Our offices are opened Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy. 13. HOW MAY I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Returns
For online purchases, you may cancel a Contract at any time within 15 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the Product(s). To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing at online.assistance@eu.ysl.com of your intention to cancel the Contract, details of the Products that you no longer require and the order number issued at time of purchase. You must return the Product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them. A pre-paid UPS return label is enclosed in each shipment. To return goods please refer to the return instructions at the back of your invoice. Products must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached. Products must be returned with their original packaging and footwear must be tried on carpeted surfaces only. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Product(s) while they are in your possession so you are advised to return the Product(s) securely packaged by registered mail. You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Product(s) together with the cost paid for delivering the Product to you.
Exchanges
If you wish to do an exchange, the process is the same as mentioned above. As soon as you receive the money for the refund on your account, you will be able to place a new order online for the right item.

14. I RETURNED MY ORDER, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We will make every effort to ensure a prompt return and send an email notification once your return has been processed. We would like to confirm that returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days from the date of receipt to our return location. Once processed, please allow your credit card issuing bank up to 3 business days to post the refund to your account and 1-2 billing cycles to be reflected on your statement.
